SEC NRS participated in ETSON Board and General Assembly Meeting

14.06.2016 The regular meetings of the Board and General Assembly of the European Technical Safety Organizations Network (ETSON) took place in Manchester (UK) on July 9-10, 2016.

Among the European TSOs – ETSON members (BEL V, IRSN, GRS, JSI) – on behalf of Alexander Khamaza, SEC NRS Director and ETSON Vice-President, the Board meeting was participated by the Russian TSO delegation (Sergei Bogdan, Deputy Director, and Denis Mistryugov, Head of International Relations).

The representatives of ETSON-member TSOs from France, Germany, Belgium, Hungary, Finland, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, the Russian Federation, UK, Japan participated in the General Assembly meeting.

The meeting attendees discussed various issues related to the work of Association, its strategy, ongoing activity of ETSON working groups and expert subgroups and their results as well as the aspects required for organizing and holding of the EUROSAFE Forum on November 7-8, 2016 in Munich (Germany).  

The ETSON members unanimously agreed on ENEA (Italy) to join the Network.

The next regular meetings of ETSON Board and General Assembly will take place within the frames of the EUROSAFE Forum in Germany in November 2016.
