Repeal of NP-032-01

On December 13, 2019, the Federal Safety Regulations NP-032-19 “Nuclear Power Plant Site. Safety Requirements”, approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia No. 287 of July 19, 2019 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on December 2, 2019 under the No. 56661) has come into effect. In this respect, the Federal Safety Regulations NP-032-01 “Nuclear Power Plant Siting. Basic Safety Criteria and Requirements”, approved by the Resolution of Gosatomnadzor of Russia No. 10 of November 8, 2001, was recognized as repealed.
