Enactment of Section II of the List P-01-01-2021

On February 4, 2022 Section II "State Safety Regulation in Atomic Energy Use" of the List of Regulatory Legal Acts and Regulatory Documents relating to the activity of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia (P-01-01-2021) was adopted.

Section II of the List P-01-01-2021 contains information about regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents attributed to exclusive competence of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia in the field of safety in atomic energy use.

The List P-01-01-2021 represents a reference collection intended for informing the employees of Rostechnadzor, of other federal executive bodies, legal entities, individual enterpreneurs and citizens about regulatory legal acts and regulatory documents used for regulation of the activity in the field of atomic energy use.

In context of enactment of Section II of the List P-01-01-2021, the Section II "State Safety Regulation in Atomic Energy Use" of the List of Regulatory Legal Acts and Regulatory Documents relating to the activity of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia (P-01-01-2017) (approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of November 27, 2018 No. 591) shall be recognized as repealed.
