Rostechnadzor Procedure for Approval of Calculation Methodologies for Radioactive Substances Emissions into the Atmosphere by Stationary Sources was Adopted

The Procedure specifies the process of approval by the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of calculation methodologies for radioactive substances emissions into the atmosphere by stationary sources, developed by legal entities and individuals (including individual entrepreneurs), in compliance with the Rules for Development and Approval of Calculation Methodologies for Emissions of Hazardous (Contaminating) Substances into the Atmosphere by Stationary Sources, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 16, 2016 No. 422 (Collected Legislation of the Russian Federation, 2016, No. 21, Article 3018).
