Draft amendments to the Federal Safety Regulations in the Field of Atomic Energy Use

30.08.2017 The draft amendments to the Federal Safety Regulations in the Field of Atomic Energy Use “Criteria for Accepting Radioactive Waste for Disposal” (NP-093-14) were put into effect.

The text of the draft amendments is available on the website of SEC NRS in the Section “Draft Regulatory Documents”, and will be also posted on the official website of Rostechnadzor in the Section “Development of Rostechnadzor Regulatory Legal Acts” in line with i. 25 of the “Procedure for Development and Approval in Rostechnadzor of the Federal Rules and Regulations in the Field of Atomic energy Use” (Order of July 7, 2015 No. 267).

Commencement date for comments on the draft Federal Safety Regulations is August 30, 2017. Expiry date for comments is September 30, 2017.
