NP-071-18 is coming into effect, NP-071-06 has been partially repealed

NP-071-18 has come into effect

On March 18, 2018 the Federal Safety Regulations “Regulations for assessment of conformity of products, for which the requirements to safety in the field of atomic energy use are established, as well as of processes of design (including surveys), production, construction, erection, pre-commissioning, operation, storage, transport, implementation, utilization and disposal” (NP-071-18).

Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia is No. 52 of February 6, 2018, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Russia on March 7, 2018 under the registered No. 50282.

NP-071-06 has been partially repealed

Since March 18, 2018 the Federal Safety Regulations “Regulations for assessment of conformity of equipment, components, materials and semi-finished products supplied to nuclear facilities” (NP-071-06) has been partially repealed in the part of regulation of legal relations associated with manufacturing and supply of equipment, items, as well as components, materials and semi-finished products, supplied to nuclear power plants, facilities and complexes with the nuclear research reactors, critical and subcritical nuclear benches.
