Enactment of RB-151-18

The Safety Guide contains recommendations of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia on the development procedure, structure and content of the accident elimination instruction for design-basis accidents at nuclear fuel storage facilities (hereinafter to be referred to as the Instruction) located at nuclear fuel cycle facilities.

The Safety Guide is intended for specialists of operating organizations involved in the instructions development.

The requirements of the Federal Safety Regulations in the Field of Atomic Energy Use regulating the development procedure, structure and content of the Instruction can be met by using other methods then those presented in the Safety Guide on condition the chosen safety ways (methods) have been properly justified.
