RB-160-19 has been put into effect

On October 8, 2019, the Safety Guide RB-160-19 “Recommendations on Development of Program for Integrated Engineering and Radiation Survey of a Nuclear Facility” has been put into effect.

The Safety Guide covers nuclear facilities subject to decommissioning in line with the requirements of NP-091-14 “Safety in Decommissioning of Nuclear Facilities. General Provisions”, except for nuclear research facilities, NPP units, ships and other floating vessels with nuclear reactors, and nuclear maintenance ships.

RB-160-19 provides Rostechnadzor recommendations on the content and documentation of a program for integrated engineering and radiation survey of a nuclear facility that has been shut down for decommissioning.
