RB-163-19 has been put into effect

On December 23, 2019, the Safety Guide RB-163-19 “Recommendations on the Structure and Content of the Safety Analysis Report on Management of Nuclear Materials, Radioactive Substances and Radioactive Wastes in the process of Transportation” has been put into effect. The Safety Guide contains the recommendations of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia on the structure and content of the Safety Analysis Report on Management of Nuclear Materials, Radioactive Substances and Radioactive Wastes in the process of Transportation. RB-163-19 is intended to be used by legal entities conducting or planning activities in management of radioactive materials (including nuclear materials), radioactive substances and radioactive wastes in the process of transportation, as well as by the specialists of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia.
