Government Decree on Amendments to some Acts of the Russian Federation Government

On April 23, 2020 the Government Decree “On Amendments to some Acts of the Russian Federation Government in the Part of Establishment of the Specifics of Regulating and Supervision as well as Authorizing Activity in 2020” has come into effect.

Execution of powers, envisaged by the Decree, shall be carried out by the federal executive bodies within the limits of the maximum number of employees of the federal executive bodies, specified by the Russian Federation Government, and budgetary allocations, envisaged for the mentioned bodies in the Federal Budget to provide management and control within the established functions.

The Amendments were approved by the Russian Federation Government Decree of April 22, 2020 No. 557. Please, find attached the full text of the Decree with the Appendices.
