Approval of the Standard Program for Inspection of the System of Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials in an Organization

On September 4, 2020 the document "Standard Program for Inspection of the System of Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials in an Organization" was approved.

The Standard Program is recommended to be used by the employees of the Rostechnadzor Headquarters, its Interregional Territorial Departments for Supervision over Nuclear and Radiation Safety in charge of arrangement of the scheduled and unscheduled inspections for the system of accounting and control of nuclear materials, and also involved in the permanent state supervision of organizations dealing with nuclear materials management.

In the process of the permanent state supervision, the content of the Standard Program is recommended to be applied for drawing up of plans of the structural subdivisions of the Rostechnadzor Interregional Territorial Departments.

In this context, Rostechnadzor Order No. 250 of March 28, 2006 "On Approval and Enactment of the Standard Program for Target Inspection of the System of Accounting and Control of Nuclear Materials in Organizations Dealing with Nuclear Materials Management" shall be recognized as repealed.
