Draft amendments to NP-055-14, NP-058-14, NP-069-14, NP-093-14, NP-103-17 have been developed

Draft amendments to the Federal Safety Regulations in the field of atomic energy use for safety regulation in radioactive waste management have been developed:

• NP-055-14 "Disposal of Radioactive Waste. Principles, Criteria and General Safety Requirements" approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of August 22, 2014 No. 379 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 2, 2015 under the registry No. 35819) with the amendments introduced by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of November 22, 2018 No. 582 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 12, 2018 under the registry No. 52986);
• NP-058-14 "Safety in Radioactive Waste Management. General Provisions" approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of August 5, 2014 No. 347 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 14, 2014 under the registry No. 34701) with the amendments introduced by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of November 22, 2018 No. 582 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 12, 2018 under the registry No. 52986);
• NP-069-14 "Near-Surface Disposal of Radioactive Waste. Safety Requirements" approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of June 6, 2014 No. 249 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 14, 2014 under the registry No. 33583) with the amendments introduced by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of November 22, 2018 No. 582 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 12, 2018 under the registry No. 52986);
• NP-093-14 "Criteria for Accepting Radioactive Waste for Disposal" approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of December 15, 2014 No. 572 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on March 27, 2015 under the registry No. 36592) with the amendments introduced by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of November 17, 2017 No. 481 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 11, 2017 under the registry No. 49197);
• NP-103-17 "Safety Requirements for Special Radioactive Waste Disposal and Preservation Facilities" approved by the Order of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia of October 10, 2017 No. 418 (registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 2, 2017 under the registry No. 48779).
