Cooperation in the Field of Safety Regulation under the Project on Construction of the Center for Nuclear Research and Technology in the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

11.08.2021 Owing to professional and efficient work of the SEC NRS team, the safety review of the considerable amount of technical documentation was carried out in the maximum possible tight deadlines, which allowed to Rostechnadzor to render the essential assisstance to the Regulatory Authority of Bolivia in the field of electric-power industry and nuclear technologies in frames of the licensing procedure for the CNRT research reactor.

The conducted work allowed to perform within the established time limits the licensing for siting and construction of the CNRT reactor complex and to hold the confined to the mentioned event festive occasion on pouring of the first concrete of the reactor building foundation plate with the participation of the President of Bolivia Mr. Luis Alberto Arce Catacora, which was noted in the Letter of Gratitude from Mr. K.B. Komarov, First Deputy Director General of the State Corporation ROSATOM, to the address of Mr. A.V. Trembitsky, Chairman of Rostechnadzor.
