Rospatent registered the computer code "Information System "IoN AS"

17.09.2021 IoN AS was developed in 2020 – 2021 based on the computer code "Information System for Accounting of Events at Nuclear Research Installations (Certificate on the Computer Code State Registry No. 2019662800 of 16.09.2019), the successful operation practice of which confirmed the expediency for further development of information systems on the events in nuclear facilities operation.

IoN AS was intended to increase the efficiency of the use in Rostechnadzor regulatory activity of infomation about events in nuclear plants operation in the process of planning, conduct of inspections by Rostechnadzor and preparation of safety reviews for nuclear plants.

IoN AS has a user-friendly interface providing all necessary tools for the user to display, store and structure information on the events in nuclear plants operation.

The computer code was developed by a team of authors of the SEC NRS Division for Nuclear and Radiation Safety General Issues and Division for NPP Safety, namely by: Mr. A.V. Kuryndin, Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Head of Division for Nuclear and Radiation Safety General Issues; Mr. N.N. Khrennikov, Head of Division for NPP Safety; Mr. A.M. Kirkin, Head of Subdivision for Nuclear Research and Transport Installations Safety of the SEC NRS Division for Nuclear and Radiation Safety General Issues; Mr. V.A. Obruchkov, Head of NPP Safety Laboratory; Mr. I.A. Lyashko, Senior Researcher of Subdivision for Nuclear Research and Transport Installations Safety of the SEC NRS Division for Nuclear and Radiation Safety General Issues; Mr. M.Yu. Karyakin, Researcher of Subdivision for Nuclear Research and Transport Installations Safety of the SEC NRS Division for Nuclear and Radiation Safety General Issues.
