Enactment of RB-092-21

On December 29, 2021 the Safety Guide RB-092-21 "Recommendations on Safety Ensuring in Return of the Irradiated Fuel Assemblies Processing Products to the Supplier Country" was put into effect.

The Safety Guide contains recommendations of the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia on tranportation of irradiated fuel assemblies processing products to the supplier country, as well as on the methodology for evaluation of the amount of returned irradiated fuel assemblies processing products.

RB-092-21 covers the activity related to transportation of irradiated fuel assemblies processing products to the supplier country.

The Safety Guide is intended to be used by the specialists of Rostechnadzor Headquarters and its Interregional Territorial Departments for Supervision over Nuclear and Radiation Safety, as well as by specialists of organizations involved in return of irradiated fuel assemblies processing products to the supplier country.
